Gin Drinks

N° 001

MULHOLLAND NEGRONI

2 oz Mulholland New World Gin

1 oz Campari

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

2 dashes Orange bitters

1- Add to ice filled glass.

3- Stir until well chilled.

4- Serve over one large cube.

5- Garnish with an orange twist.

MULHOLLAND GIN 50/50 MARTINI

1 1/2 oz Mulholland Gin

1 1/2 oz LO-FI Dry Vermouth

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

​1- Combine ingredients.

2- Stir over ice.

3- Strain and serve neat.

4- Garnish with olive.

MULHOLLAND SPANISH GIN & TONIC

2oz Mulholland New World Gin

4oz Fever Tree chilled tonic water

Berries

Lime wheel

Mint Sprig

1- In a wine glass filled ¾ full with ice add gin and tonic water.

2- Stir gently.

3- Garnish with berries, a lime wheel, and a mint sprig.

MULHOLLAND GIMLET

2 ½ oz Mulholland New World Gin

½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice

½ oz simple syrup

Lime wheel

1- Chill your glass.

2- In a shaker, add over ice the Gine, lime juice and simple syrup.

3- Shake well.

4- Strain into your chilled glass and garnish with lime wheel.

Vodka Drinks

N° 005

MULHOLLAND VODKA MARTINI

3 oz Mulholland Gluten-Free Vodka

1 capful Dry Vermouth
(Dirty option – add Olive brine to taste)

Olive(s)

Lemon Twist

1- Chill a glass.

2- In a shaker add over ice the vodka, ad the dry vermouth.

3- Shake hard. (So James Bond)

4- Prepare your olives or lemon twist.

5- Using a fine mesh strainer (or let the ice chips fall where they may).

6- Pour into glass.

7- Add olives or twist (or both).

8- Enjoy!

N° 006

MULHOLLAND VESPER

3 oz Mulholland Gin

1 oz Mulholland Vodka

1/2 oz Lillet Blanc

1- Combine ingredients.

2- Stir over ice.

3- Strain and serve neat.

4- Garnish with a lemon twist.

N° 007

MULHOLLAND BLOODY MARY

2-3 oz of Mulholland Gluten-Free Vodka

8-10 oz Low Sodium V8 Juice

Juice of ½ lime

1 tsp Olive Brine

½ tsp Celery Salt

1 tsp Worcester sauce

1 tsp Prepared Horseradish (to taste)

Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

3-5 dashes Hot Sauce (to taste)

1- In a pint glass, add over ice: Hot sauce, Worcester Sauce, Celery Salt, Prepared Horseradish, Olive Brine, Lime juice, Black pepper.

2- Add in the Vodka and V8 juice.

3- Mix well.

4- Transfer to a fresh glass with fresh ice.

5- Garnish with anything you like!!

6- Enjoy!

N° 008

VODKA TONIC

2 oz of Mulholland Gluten-Free Vodka

4 oz of your favorite tonic water

1 -2 Lime Wedges

1- Fill a highball glass with ice.

2- Pour Mulholland Vodka into glass.

3- Top with tonic water.

4- Squeeze lime wedge(s) over the drink, drop wedge(s) into drink, and lightly stir.

5- Enjoy!

Whiskey Drinks

N° 009

MULHOLLAND MANHATTAN

2 oz Mulholland 100p American Whiskey

1 oz Cocchi Americano (or your preferred) Sweet Red Vermouth

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Brandied cherry (or lemon/orange twist, if preferred)

1- Add the Mulholland whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

2- Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora.

3- Garnish with a brandied cherry (or a lemon/orange twist, if preferred).

MULHOLLAND OLD FASHIONED

2oz Mulholland Whiskey

1 tsp sugar

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

1/4 oz Licor 43

1 tsp water

1- In a mixing glass add the sugar, bitters, Licor 43 and water.

2- Stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.

3- Fill the mixing glass with ice.

4- Add 2oz Mulholland Whiskey and stir until well-chilled.

5- Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.

6- Express the oil of an orange twist over the glass and drop into the glass to garnish.

N° 011

MULHOLLAND WHISKEY SOUR

2oz Mulholland American Whiskey

1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

3/4 oz simple syrup

1 egg white

Angostura Bitters

1- Combine Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup & egg white in a tin shaker – Do not add ice yet.

2- Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

3- Add ice.

4- Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.

5- Fit a Hawthorne strainer over the top of the shaker and pour the cocktail through a fine-mesh strainer into a coupe glass. This is referred to as a “double strain”.

7- Top with 6 “dots” of Angostura Bitters.

N° 012

MULHOLLAND GOLD RUSH

2 oz Whiskey

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Coconut-Honey (Equal Parts Coconut Water and Honey)

1- Pour ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, and shake vigorously for 5-7 seconds.

2- Strain over fresh ice, and garnish with lemon wedge.
