– 2 oz Mulholland New World Gin
– 5–6 oz ginger beer
– 2 dashes Angostura bitters
– Orange peel
Method:
1. Fill a chilled pint or highball with ice.
2. Add Gin and top with ginger beer.
3. Add bitters and garnish with orange peel.
