2oz Mulholland Whiskey
1 tsp sugar
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1/4 oz Licor 43
1 tsp water
1 – In a mixing glass add the sugar, bitters, Licor 43 and water.
2 – Stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.
3 – Fill the mixing glass with ice.
4 – Add 2oz Mulholland Whiskey and stir until well-chilled.
5 – Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
6 – Express the oil of an orange twist over the glass and drop into the glass to garnish.
